David Stewart David Stewart is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England , and a Turks and Caicos Attorney . He is also Managing Director of Coriats , the Islands’ oldest Trust company . He has 30 years experience as an international lawyer and trustee, advising a broad range of UHNW families from jurisdictions as diverse as Africa , Asia, the Middle East, Canada and the U.K. He was for many years (until 2014) a senior partner in a top 30 UK law firm. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators , and sits as an arbitrator and mediator in trust disputes . He has a particular interest in family governance and how to set up sustainable , long term structures to manage family wealth through the generations.
